About Noditector — a working environment for interior designers and studios
Noditector connects the scattered tasks of project work into one process. There is no need to switch constantly between spreadsheets, documents, and cloud folders: its tools are designed for interior projects and share the same data.
It works for both an independent practice and a studio team. Shared projects, roles, and ownership give the studio lead a complete picture without reconstructing it from chats and spreadsheets.

Proektnitsa — the core of the system
Every part of the work is organised around a project. Proektnitsa holds the client, property, schedule, and budget data that all other modules use.
What you can do:
- track planned and actual payments
- record stages, pauses, and additional agreements
- assign project owners and see who is responsible for each property
- produce clear progress reports
- automatically generate proposals, briefs, and other documents from project data
Important: Proektnitsa does not require exhaustive record keeping. If you only need a brief or proposal, enter the minimum project data and go straight to that document.
Proposal — a document that works for you
The proposal comes before the work begins. For a client meeting you for the first time, it is often the clearest signal of how you think, how precisely you define scope and timing, and whether the project can be entrusted to you.

Briefnitsa — a foundation for mutual understanding
A strong brief saves time and resources throughout the project. The later a change is introduced, the greater its financial and emotional cost.
The Noditector approach:
- a modular structure for rooms, engineering, references, and other areas
- a library of ready attributes for furniture, equipment, and engineering systems
- decision-based selection instead of repetitive manual input
- a finished brief that becomes a complete project specification
- reusable brief templates for future projects
Etapnitsa — a plan that survives reality
An ordinary task list rarely survives half a project. Etapnitsa builds the plan from the structure of an interior project: stages contain task groups, and groups contain tasks.
What this changes:
- professional stages such as concept, planning, and working drawings form the backbone
- each stage acts as an envelope that keeps related groups and tasks together by purpose and timing
- the baseline remains fixed while the live plan changes, so timing and deviations stay visible throughout
Important: a schedule shift does not require redrawing the plan. Changes live in the current plan while the baseline remains the reference point, preserving both intent and reality.
Postproektnitsa — the project continues after handover
After design delivery comes the longest part of the work: site supervision, procurement, and supplier coordination. Spreadsheets, notebooks, and chats lose deadlines, agreements, and money. Postproektnitsa moves project support out of memory and into the system.
What you can do:
- manage supervision and procurement contracts with income, expenses, and a financial result for each project
- plan and record site visits so the supervision history builds itself
- track orders and deliveries by status, amount, and deadline, even across hundreds of items
- keep supplier requests, offers, and invoices with their agreed terms in writing
Important: none of this is mandatory. Use only supervision, only procurement, or simply the contract and its finances. The module expands with your needs instead of forcing every field on you.
